Showcasing the best seasonal produce Australia has to offer, Wildman’s delicious array of food and beverages are matched only by the stunning views.


With our Head Chef Michael Collins at the helm, we have designed a menu that includes only Australian and Territory produce such as barramundi, local beef, crocodile and buffalo, infused with the finest Australian indigenous bush ingredients, such as lemon myrtle, pepperberry and bush tomatoes.

To match these delicacies are our carefully selected Australian wines and beers, hand-picked from some of the finest vineyards and breweries around Australia. 

Enjoy a quick bite from the snack menu for all day dining or to accompany a cooling cocktail as you sit by the pool.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The restaurant at Wildman Wilderness Lodge offers a unique dining experience, overlooking the beautiful Mary River National Park. The menu celebrates the best of the region, infusing Australian seasonal produce with traditional delicacies from the local culture. Enjoy breakfast as the day unfolds, let lunch bring a cool reprieve from the midday sun and take in sunset over a sumptuous 3-course dinner. Refreshing drinks and delicious cocktails are served all day, quenching any time and by the poolside.

For special events, we can offer in restaurant or private dining in our conference room which can be styled to suit your occasion. For outdoor BBQ get togethers, let our chef inspire you with our outdoor setting under the shade of our stringy barks and purpose-built shade pagoda.

Our Tailor Made Vodka

Wildman Wilderness Lodge are proud to introduce our new tailor made vodka by Archie Rose, incorporating a custom blend of Blood Lime, Lemon Myrtle and a twist of Orange. This is our limited edition vodka, hand-made by the Archie Rose distillery team. 

Who is Archie Rose?

Archie Rose is a Sydney based distillery, dedicated to honouring our rich spirit-making past.

The Botanicals

The botanicals we have chosen include:

  • Blood Lime - the sweetest of distillates and one of the most delicious, blood lime adds a limey, almost orange sherbet characteristic.
  • Lemon Myrtle - powerful, in your face lemon but with an earthy herbal undertone. This is a beautiful distillate that can be used to really dial up the citrus top notes.
  • Orange -  As expected, fresh orange adds both sweet and bitter orange notes and lengthens the finish of your vodka.
